We want every visit to be relaxing and seamless. Please review our policies before your appointment so we can make the most of our time together. These policies help us provide the best experience for all our clients.
BOOKING + CONSULTATION
booking
All appointments are currently text-to-book only and are confirmed once you receive a confirmation text.
first-time clients
New clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to booking to ensure proper timing and expectations.
private studio
This is a private at-home studio. The exact address will be provided 24 hours before your appointment.
PRICING + SERVICE EXPECTATIONS
pricing
Services are listed with starting prices and estimated ranges. Final pricing depends on hair length, density, history, goals, and desired results.
hair history & inspiration
Please provide honest hair history, including previous chemical services. Inspiration photos are welcomed as a guide, but final results will be customized based on your hair and consultation.
hair preparation
Please arrive with clean, dry hair free of heavy products unless otherwise instructed.
NEED TO CANCEL?
cancellations & rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking availability.
I understand that unexpected situations may arise and appreciate open communication.
The same courtesy will always be extended from my end.
